Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Location: San Diego, CA

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: 20 hours per week, Afternoon/Evening Shifts & Weekends

Job Description: As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting our cannabis retail store. You will be responsible for distributing marketing materials and occasionally setting up and managing promotional booths. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to the store.

Responsibilities:

• Distribute marketing materials in designated areas
• Set up and manage promotional booths as required
• Engage with potential customers, providing information about the cannabis retail store and its offerings
• Represent the brand professionally and positively in the community
• Provide feedback and insights on customer interactions and promotional activities
• Report weekly on activities and progress to the marketing manager

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous experience in sales and marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Own mode of transportation (no mileage or travel reimbursement)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Comfortable working afternoon/evening shifts and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of and interest in the cannabis industry
• Experience as a brand ambassador or in a similar role
