Nothing says springtime like a frosé infused with Dr. Raw’s cannabis oil! For this recipe, we decided to use our Balance 1:1 THC CBD formula tincture. Our Balance formula tincture is nicknamed “a vacation in a bottle,” as it pairs wonderfully with daytime fun by the pool with friends. This cannabis-infused frosé tastes amazing and has no cannabis odor or flavor, since we use ultra-distilled cannabis oil in all of our products. We have adapted this recipe from Bon Appetit.
This recipe makes 8 4 oz servings containing 10 mg Balance formula 1:1 THC CBD tincture per serving.
Infuse the cannabis:
Balance Formula 1:1 THC CBD Tincture – 80 mg Balance 1:1 Tincture needed for recipe
250 mg/500 mg bottles – 8 .6 ml droppers
1000 mg bottle – 4 .6 ml droppers
1 750 ml bottle of a bold rosé
½ cup sugar
8 oz fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
2.5 oz fresh lemon juice

Pour rosé into a 13×9″ pan and freeze until almost solid (it won’t completely solidify due to the alcohol), at least 6 hours.
Meanwhile, bring sugar and ½ cup water to a boil in a medium saucepan; cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes.
Add strawberries, remove from heat, and let sit for 30 minutes to infuse syrup with strawberry flavor. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a small bowl (do not press on solids).
Mix in Balance formula tincture; stir for 3 minutes to incorporate.
Cover and chill until cold, about 30 minutes.
Scrape frozen rosé into a blender. Add lemon juice, 3½ ounces strawberry syrup, and 1 cup crushed ice and purée until smooth. Transfer blender jar to freezer and freeze until frosé is thickened (aim for milkshake consistency), 25–35 minutes.
Blend until frosé is slushy. Divide the cannabis frosé among glasses.
Tip: Do ahead of time – rosé can be frozen 1 week ahead.
